PDS Tech Inc Assistant Right of Way Specialist in Albuquerque, New Mexico
PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Staff Right of Way Specialist in Albuquerque, NM.
Job Description Summary:
The Right of Way Document Specialist will be scanning easement documents at the client’s office, updating the Land Mgmt Database and filing the hard copies.
Additional tasks may be research/review easements, deeds and agreements, perform property research and title searches,
Scan easement documents
Log documents into database and cloud server
Creation and distribution of project initiation packets
Research land title, railroad and easement agreements
Perform title research
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience with using Windows based computer and MS Office Suite.
2-5 years’ experience with researching and obtaining title docs (Preferred not required)
Ability to work as an effective team member.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good teamworking skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
Ability to work independently.
Organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in use of database software and MS Office programs.

High level of attention to detail.
Valid driver's license required. In addition, must meet standards to qualify for and maintain the Company's vehicle driving privileges as outlined in the Company's Motor Vehicle Safety Policy.
