Seeking a highly motivated Construction Coordinator to join the Allentown branch. The selected candidate will work closely with each department to provide daily support in:
Permit processing
Collections
Billing
Certificates of Insurance and more.

Draft check request processing
Corporate Fleet Management
Credit Sheet Request / Approval
Certificate of Insurance Request / Management
Contract Loading
Permit Application & Tracking
Weekly meeting minutes tracking
Contract filing and digital document retention
Contract Billing
Collections & AIA Waiver Collateral
Closeouts Document distribution
Cross Departmental handover communication
