PDS Tech is seeking a Construction Coordinator/Administrative Assistant for an open position in Allentown PA

Seeking a highly motivated Construction Coordinator to join the Allentown branch. The selected candidate will work closely with each department to provide daily support in:

  • Permit processing

  • Collections

  • Billing

  • Certificates of Insurance and more.

The ideal candidate will work on:

  • Customer Communication

  • Collections & Billing

  • Draft check request processing

  • Corporate Fleet Management

  • Credit Sheet Request / Approval

  • Certificate of Insurance Request / Management

  • Contract Loading

  • Permit Application & Tracking

  • Weekly meeting minutes tracking

  • Contract filing and digital document retention

  • Contract Billing

  • Collections & AIA Waiver Collateral

  • Closeouts Document distribution

  • Cross Departmental handover communication
