PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking an Assembler, in Anaheim, CA.
-Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
-Works from production/assembly instructions, parts lists, wire lists, diagrams, verbal instructions and notes to assemble, wire and install a wide variety of components. Identifies and selects components to be integrated into sub-assembly and assembly units. Utilizes small hand tools such as, wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and hammers.
-This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

-High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three years related experience and/or training in Assembly; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-EPA Certification is a plus, but is not required.
-Lift 25 lbs minimum., and team lift if over 25 lbs
-Stand for long periods of time. Majority of work will be done while standing - 75% standing, 25% sitting.
-Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
-Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent, and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
-Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
