PDS Tech Inc Salesforce Analyst/ Developer in Augusta, Georgia

PDS Tech is seeking a Salesforce Analyst/ Developer for an open position in Augusta, GA:

In your role you will:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Advanced understanding of Salesforce (both desktop and mobile applications) and their functionality. Responsibilities will include daily management and maintenance of golf business Salesforce data including account updates, user setup, profile and role assignments, territory management, customization of objects, page layouts, contacts and golf assets.

  • Act as main Salesforce support for factory direct and distributor sales organization, service fleet network and branch operations.

  • Host and create webinars and relevant training materials for new employees, system updates and future functionality.

  • Understand and develop salesforce for future evolution of the system for the golf business to incorporate complex sales tools including, but not limited to, automatic population of golf asset object, quote construction, forecasting, volume reporting, fleet inspection, demo to sale, vehicle management, specialty workbook and proposal system.

  • Develop web to case functionality for customer service fleet requests

  • Lead support and roll out of new warranty and field service functionality within Golf business.

  • Work with golf leadership to develop specific golf dashboards to track metrics such as market share, NLC data, model mix analysis, etc.

  • Represent Golf business during future Salesforce initiatives and coordinate all ongoing activities with counterparts in other businesses and IT Department. Keep business leadership informed on project progress and developments.

  • Understand updates to new versions of Salesforce and any new system functionality that could be incorporated to benefit Golf business processes.

  • Create a robust testing process for all new Golf-specific Salesforce initiatives and system developments to include data workflows and required triggers.

As our ideal candidate, you will meet the following requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Salesforce experience required

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator/Developer a plus

  • Report development and Pardot Experience a plus

  • Salesforce Master Administrator with knowledge of Salesforce including development of objects, page layouts, reports, data loader functionality, process flow and web to case. Or willing to complete training for Salesforce master administrator.

  • Experience with Pricewaterhouse Cooper Service and Warranty system for Salesforce

  • Experience with SAP beneficial

  • Qlikview Experience

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor degree required

  • Information Systems degree a plus

CAPABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Detail oriented and goal driven

  • Experienced in Microsoft Excel

  • Strong verbal and written communications

  • Minimum 3-5 years related experience
