PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking Administrative Assistant II in Austin, TX
Responsibilities
Be the face of the Austin Product Ops Team! Must be personable and outgoing
Space planning
Provide admin support to multiple teams
Coordinate meetings, activities, communications on behalf of Senior leader in Austin
Support Overall Admin team across the organization on various projects
Ordering and stocking equipment and supplies
General office duties as needed
Build cross-functional relationships between departments
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years Office Manager/Administrative experience
Proven ability to handle confidential information
Familiar with Mac and iCal
Experience as an admin in a larger organization (500+ employees)
Experience with office relocation and space planning
Flexible and can learn quickly
Extremely strong communications skills (email, text, in-person, video calls)
