PDS Tech Inc Project Manager III in Austin, Texas

PDS Tech is seeking a Project Manager for our client in Austin, TX

Remote - preferably in Austin but open to anywhere in US

Job Description

  • The ideal PM candidate will have Translations experience and Workday Implementation experience.

  • Strong Project Management experience leading Agile and/or Water Fall large IT projects (at least 5 years).

  • Strong analytical skills managing large volumes of data mapping (e.g., vlookups, pivot tables) (4+ years).

  • Experience as a business analyst creating business process flows, dependencies, and change impact analysis (4+ years).

  • Experience on leading UAT Execution (planning scope, resources, test script strategy, reporting).

  • Drive roadblocks to resolution including engagement with the leadership team when needed.

  • Attention to detail for tactical Project Management activities (track Risks, Issues, Actions and Decisions).

  • Document and share status reports to stakeholders.

  • Create and implement project communication plan.

  • Familiar with Project Risk mitigation plans.

Duties

  • Direct and lead the development of client’s online retail products by collaborating with engineering, business, cross functional teams and external partners (when relevant) to develop and deliver a timely and smooth launch of the product into the market.

  • Collaborate with design team to ensure they are delivering a the design that meets the requirements and also ensuring engineering teams are designing a detailed technical systems to solve business problems, documenting thorough and detailed requirements and is accountable for overall business technical systems design.

  • Collaborate with cross functional partners in building business cases, authoring business requirements, designing and crafting customer experience and handling the end to end implementation process.

  • Collaborate with global teams and local business units to ensure smooth execution of testing and business go-live of the product.

  • Communicate project status, resolve issues, conduct post implementation reviews and regular planning meetings to ensure the delivery of high quality products in line with the client experience.

  • Collaborate with business teams and align on metrics and reporting frequency that will be tracked and reported post launch of the product.
