PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Shared Services Support Agent in Austin, TX.

Job summary:

  • We are seeking a resource whose primary focus will be to manage customer experience for internal and external facing WW Channel Sales systems.

  • This position requires excellent problem solving skills, ability to navigate through ambiguous issues, excellent verbal & written communication skills, ability to work quickly with great accuracy, and a drive and passion for constant improvement.

  • The ideal candidate will be able to analyze and solve complex problems independently and know when to request specific direction in addition to collaborating with various technical, project, and business teams to drive enhancements to sales and training tools.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Accurately identify and solve routine problems and provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information to users in addition to aiding in access and registration support.

  • Examples include troubleshooting users’ access issues, login ID retrieval, account updates, FAQ related questions, and more

  • Ensure best-in-class customer service for all users of all Channel Sales tools

  • Timely and high quality delivery of ad-hoc business projects

Required experience and skills:

  • Strong work ethic, time management and proven ability to work independently and efficiently

  • Excellent problem solving/investigative skills and attention to detail

  • Consistent, excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Adaptable to a fast paced environment, works quickly without compromising accuracy

  • Proven competence in owning tasks and follow through

  • Adaptable to a fast paced environment

  • Ability to work an issue from various angles, ask for help when needed

  • A strong experience in high-quality customer service

  • Must be bilingual in English/Spanish
