PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Functional Support, in Azusa, CA.


  • Performs variety of activities in support of program/business/technical unit.

  • Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources.

  • Provides support to ensure customer requests are processed and closed on prior to customer visits.

  • Uses software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations.

  • Must be familiar with Concur in support of program teams travel activities.

  • Maintains calendars for multiple conference rooms and facilitates the execution of weekly customer meetings/teleconferences.

  • Provides data and information to others on program/functional unit processes and procedures.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School diploma plus 4 years of administrative duties experience.
