PDS Tech Inc Construction Project Manager in Bellevue, Washington

Project Types: 3 projects:

1 community college in Spokane (replacing building transformers & installing power meters)

1 community college in Spokane -same campus (replacing a chiller &building controls)

1 school in Moscow, Idaho (installing new controls & equipment)

Site Superintendent:

  • Supervises all aspects of turnkey jobsite activities, from beginning to end, with direct responsibility for project supervision while leading a team of subcontractors, to accomplish specific objectives in a given time frame and with available resources.

  • Able to manage multiple vendors and multiple subcontractors; May work underneath a Project Manager level 3 or 4 on a large Complex Solutions project.

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for working with project manager on scheduling various subcontractors and maintain project schedule developed by project manager, daily reporting, on-site safety requirements and management of all subcontractors.

  • Accountable for jobsite safety, holding subcontractors accountable for their work, regular communication with on-site customer representatives and Trane project manager.

  • Preferred candidate will have a high level of knowledge on mechanical systems and have experience managing subcontractors, dealing with conflict and have excellent communication skills.

  • Meets with contractors and owners to discuss scope of project; budgets; performance; and close-out. Ensures compliance with internal contracting processes.

**Bach (preferred) and 3-5+ years of Commercial Construction PM experience

**Any HVAC/Chiller systems are a HUGE plus

**Experience with budgets, timelines and delegating work


  • High School Diploma

  • 5 years + of experience of construction industry experience

  • Prior Site Superintendent experience

  • Must have a general working knowledge of basic engineering, electricity, mechanical HVAC systems, and safety of building construction industry.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to utilize Microsoft Project to review/revise project schedules.

  • Excellent communication skills (Verbal & written) as this is a customer facing role


  • Familiarity with the operation of energy management systems, HVAC systems, temperature controls, and process control systems is preferred.

  • Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management preferred
