What You'll Be Doing:
Oversee the entire clinical manufacturing process, from Cell Expansion to Product Storage.
Maintain seamless collaboration across different manufacturing areas, fostering a harmonious work environment.
Ensure activities stick to the designated schedule, keeping everything running like clockwork.
Manage manufacturing at various product life cycle phases, communicating differences effectively.
Offer valuable feedback and troubleshoot single-use technology (SUT) throughout the manufacturing process.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure process control and address any issues that arise.
Review and enhance controlled documents for various equipment and processes.
Utilize effective communication methods to transfer knowledge across shifts, to management, and cross-functionally.
Demonstrate flexibility by adjusting shift schedules based on business and process needs.
Provide off-hour coverage, including nights, weekends, and holidays, ensuring we meet business requirements.
Showcase your strength by lifting up to 45 lbs.
What You Bring:
A minimum of a BS in a science-related field is preferred.
At least 2+ years of hands-on experience, or transferable skills will be considered.
Strong independent thinking and decision-making abilities.
Capability to make logical decisions independently across multiple workstreams.
Flexibility as your second nature; easily adapting to last-minute changes.
Experience in cGMP and GDP requirements for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Familiarity with data integrity and regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Proficiency in operating various bioreactors and purification systems.
Familiarity with business IT systems (Delta V, Team, Outlook, SAP, etc.).
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills.
Competitive pay rates ranging from $25 to $35/hr.

Pay Details: $25.89 per hour
