PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Pr Recruiter in Cedar Rapids, IA (Remote).

Job Summary:

  • Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Talent Sourcing Partner will lead the development of sourcing strategies to identify and attract prospective talent for Collins Aerospace requirements

  • This position will have full responsibility for prospective candidate sourcing and screening while interacting daily with hiring stakeholders

  • This position is 100% remote

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic advisor within the Talent Sourcing function; develop effective working relationships with Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Business Partners

  • Lead and facilitate sourcing strategy intake sessions with hiring managers and TA recruiters

  • Identify, source, and screen prospective talent in multiple fields, including engineering, operations, business development, and more

  • Analyze, understand, and communicate key market data in order influence sourcing/hiring decisions

  • Participate in other Talent Sourcing projects as requested

Minimum Requirements:

  • HS Diploma/Equivalent plus relevant experience

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience including acting as a full lifecycle Recruiter/Talent Advisor in corporate and/or agency recruiting environments

  • Strong sourcing skills (Boolean, social networking, referrals, database mining, etc.)

  • Experience qualifying and cultivating passive candidates

  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders

  • Demonstrated track record partnering with hiring managers and delivering top talent quickly and efficiently

  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize a high requisition load in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a large, matrixed environment in a company with 10,000+ employees

  • Experience working in large organizations with a geographically dispersed workforce

  • Experience sourcing in domains such as Information Technology, Engineering, Aerospace

  • Ability to work within a dynamic team environment -Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday)

  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of labor market conditions
