PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking Supply Chain - Stock room operations/material handler 4_Non-Cleared
Job Summary:
In this role the candidate will work in our Cedar Rapids, IA Fulfillment Hub.
Places and processes custom IT orders for numerous business units within our company
Receives and prepares custom IT orders for technicians and stakeholders
Monitors team inbox and responds to inquiries within 2 business days
Guides stakeholders through the ordering process by placing orders, providing order status updates to requesters, managing shipping and receiving into the systems, applications, and products (SAP/Ariba) program
Manages and maintains inventory in system, this will include monthly audits
Creates and maintains training documentation and standard operating procedures
Orders office supplies for Repro print center, the Build Center, and technicians at regional locations
Completes returns as needed with vendors for defective parts or parts no longer needed
Collaborates with procurement to manage all POs created by our team
Issues stock from local hub to technicians or ships direct to end-user or our company sites
Runs reports out of various systems as needed
This role will be split between ordering activities and stock activities and will be adjusted according to business demand Required
Education/Experience:
High School or GED completion required
Any higher education is preferred
Organized and detail oriented
