Password Reset Project---Inbound calls

Under limited supervision, respond to non-routine inquiries through phone or e-mail contact with customers and prospects about the Company's products or services. Research customer inquiries using existing company resources. Use a computer system to track information, questions, answers, and product orders. Promote and maintain positive customer relations utilizing Service Excellence techniques. May perform minimal selling and promotion of products and services.

Training is Monday and Tuesday only 9-5 - Wednesday will be live call

All Shifts need to be covered -

8:45 – 5:15 – M-F - there are 2 positions available

8:45 – 515 pm M-Th/ 8:45 – 12:45 pm Friday 11am-3 pm Sat – Sun day off

9:30 am – 6 pm – M-F There are 3 positions available

9:30 am – 6 pm M-Th / 2 pm – 6 pm Friday / 11 am -3 pm Sat – Sun day off

HS Diploma/GED

MUST HAVE INBOUND CALL CENTER EXP

2-3 years customer service or related experience.

Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent preferred.
