PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Procurement/Subcontracts Administrator in Chantilly, VA.
- Procurement/Subcontracts Administrator will provide leadership in every aspect of the subcontracts life cycle and use creative thinking skills to drive solutions that help solve the critical missions that Centauri serves. This position will be embedded in a mission-focused operations group and responsible for subcontracts and procurements and ensure compliance with established company purchasing policies and procedures. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and have working knowledge of Subcontract types/Purchase Orders and ability to manage a challenging, fast-paced environment. Solve problems, develop solutions and assist program managers in achieving financial goals and objectives with their subcontractors. This position will work closely with the Senior Subcontracts lead to ensure maintaining compliance and in support of resolving complex matters.
Negotiating Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements.
Preparation of Request for Proposals/Quote packages.
Performing comprehensive price analyses.
Negotiating supplier price and Terms & Conditions.
Issuance of a variety of procurement actions (Purchase Orders, Subcontracts, ATP, Modifications, etc.).
Tracking POs/Subcontracts within purchasing system.
5+ years of relevant experience in purchasing/subcontracts
Possess sound reasoning skills and the ability to interpret policies and government regulations in day to day activities.
Effective communication and coordination with internal stakeholders as well as Suppliers.
Experience working with FAR, DFARS, Agency regulations, ITAR, etc.
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or Project).
B.S. / B.A. Majors: Business Administration, Business Management, Contract Administration, Supply Chain Management or Business Law.
Organized and systematic approach to task management that enables timely closure of actions.
Ability to work independently with limited guidance.
Experience with CostPoint
