Sr. Manager Measurement Analytics
Job Description – Primary Responsibilities
Help incorporate new agencies into the company measurement environment, including evaluating agency measurement proposals and recommending how to incorporate into broader measurement framework
Deep dive into specific components of marketing mix to triangulate with other measurement and modify measurement approach as needed.
Understand and evaluate emerging measurement methods (e.g., VideoAmp, Campaign Manager 360, NielsenOne, etc.) and determine how these fit into company measurements strategy.
Recommend implementation processes and cadence across KCNA for new tools
Lead scaling efforts of measurement tools and ensure results are driven into decision-making
Provide analytics support against key initiatives/business questions using internal and external data and insights
Ideal candidate has depth and breadth of understanding of current measurement stack and applications. Candidates should have experience working in CPG marketing measurement (ideally Marketing Mix Models and Marketing Attribution Models) with large scale suppliers (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, or other measurement providers) (ideally 10+ years).
Candidates MUST have experience with the marketing measurement side of things (MMM, Sales Lift, Matched Market Testing, etc.)
