PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Finance Support in Chula Vista, CA
Job Responsibilities:
•Work with buyers and FSS (outsourced AP team) to drive reduction of the balance for unposted/unpaid invoices.
Use SAP to identify/resolve vendor issues.
Assist with analysis and reduction of aged GRIR account balance.
Perform ad hoc analysis and work on special projects.
Update monthly charts
Document/update standard work
Job Qualifications:
Need strong office 365 skills (Excel, charts and powerpoint)
Having worked in SAP is a plus.
Position is primarily offsite
