PDS Tech Inc. is seeking a Help Desk Support, in Culver City, CA.

Summary:

  • Support daily IT operations.

  • Support and troubleshoot A/V equipment.

  • Support temporary A/V setup and tear down for high profile events and live streaming.

  • Setup and support executive meetings.

  • Assist in management of A/V integration vendors on projects and support cases.

  • Assist in the deployment of Cisco Phones.

Key Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Able to communicate effectively with personnel at all levels (staff to executive).

  • Ability to troubleshoot electronics devices.

  • Ability to troubleshoot AVCN equipment.

  • Familiar with VOIP PhoneKey Qualifications.

  • Basic Networking knowledge (TCP/IP).

  • Excellent problem solving abilities.

  • Personal sense of accountability.

  • Able to multitask in a dynamic environment and complete tasks on time.

  • Able to quickly adapt to new technical concepts and tools.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Education/Experience:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred.

  • 3-5 years related experience.

  • Certifications or equivalent working experience with Cisco video conferencing solutions a plus.
