PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Assistant in Cupertino, CA.
Description:
Candidate must be able to multitask, prioritize incoming requests, and work with initiative without requiring close supervision. Includes normal administrative duties such as tracking inventory, room lookup, catering requests and set up, space planning. Also, will be required to handle on-boarding of a dynamic & changing workforce, manage space challenges, as well as assisting with special projects as required.
Assist with space planning
Equipment inventory
Office supply ordering and restocking
Process facilities service requests and office furniture requests
Support on-site meetings and events, including room reservations and AV requirements.
Assist in event planning for individual team, and department wide team building activities
Conduct building walkthroughs and complete space assessments
Assist teams with catering ordering and set up
Loaner laptop management; including wiping them clean and updating the equipment inventory system
Facilities space planning
