Summary:

  • Service responsibilities will include organizing travel end to end for Directors and Sr. Real Estate Managers, scheduling/calendar management, meeting preparation/support, and administration of expense reports and tracking payments to vendors in accordance with approved budgets.

Prerequisites:

  • Responsibilities: include organizing domestic and international travel for multiple Senior Directors, scheduling/calendar management, meeting preparation/support, ordering and tracking equipment, and administration of expense reports.

  • Must be able to work within a team as well as being self-sufficient.

  • 10 + years of experience.

  • 2-5 Years of experience.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
