PDS Tech Inc Administrative Assistant in Cupertino, California

PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Assistant, in Cupertino, CA.

Summary:

  • Calendar management.

  • Assist with equipment inventory, office supply ordering and facilities coordination.

  • Provide support to team admins as needed to execute office moves, large projects and meeting support I.e. catering, room booking, new hire set-up etc..

  • Assist managers in travel planning and submission of Expense reports as needed.

Key Qualifications:

  • Typically requires 3-5 years working in a high-tech environment.

  • Must be able to prioritize and independently manage their time in a fast paced atmosphere where there are often impromptu requests.

  • Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills; have the ability to exercise tact, discretion and the initiative to efficiently meet the demands of all groups within the team.

  • We are looking for a team player, with a friendly can-do attitude!

  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Experience:

  • Proficient use of the Macintosh OS.

  • Competency with all basic Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work well independently.
