PDS Tech Inc Desktop/Tech Support in Cupertino, California

PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Desktop/Tech Support - Health Support Administrator, in Cupertino, CA.


  • Responsible for the support and troubleshooting of hardware and software problems for desktop and laptop computers.

  • Install hardware and software on workstations.

  • Set up and maintain network and telecommunications systems.

  • Troubleshoot LAN, server and connectivity issues.

  • Utilize ticketing system, when necessary.

  • Re-image computers, perform data migrations and restorations, and conduct remote problem solving when required.

  • Must possess a working knowledge of hardware components, hardware configurations, and have strong software experience.

  • Monitor and manage inbound inquiries and communication from health organizations throughout their engagement.

  • As required, work directly with health organizations to ensure end-to-end success during their engagement.

  • Manage and coordinate issue escalations, coordinating with engineering, partner management and support teams through to issue resolution.

  • 10 + years of experience

Key Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 year’s experience in healthcare or enterprise technology in a support or implementation consulting capacity.

  • Experience defining, developing and managing business-to-business engagement and support processes.

  • Proven ability to work across engineering, support, documentation, and program management functions.

  • Experience managing support ticket processes and solutions.

  • Demonstrable and proven experience building relationships with and collaborating with large, complex business partners.

  • Adept and comfortable with learning new technologies and applications.

  • Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and data standards a plus.


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
