Location: Cupertino, CA 95014
Schedule: Hybrid schedule, domestic travel for onsite program management will be required. 25-30%. during holiday, it will be an adjusted # of hours working per week. Anticipated schedule below:
December 20 hours/week
January 1 - 20 hours/week
January 8 - 20 hours/week
January 22 - 40 hours/week
January 29 - 40 hours/week
February - 40 hours/week
March - 40 hours/week
April - 40 hours/week
May - 40 hours/week
June - 40 hours/week
Pay Rate: $61.85 per hour
Job Summary
· Extensive portfolio of event experience
· Curate VIP and Executive experiences
· Strategy to Execution Program Management for Tier 1 Event Sourcing
-Project Milestones/Meeting with Stakeholders
-Event Planning
-Budget Roll-Ups
-Onsite Attendance and Leadership – attendee journey
-Recon/Event Close-Out
Key Qualifications
· Comfortable with cross functional workstreams
· Lead internal team of sourcing, planning and attendee managers
· Consultative approach to program planning see around corners
· Clear, concise and timely communication skills
· Solutions oriented
· Comfortable navigating change
Pay Details: $61.85 per hour
