PDS Tech Inc Marketing and Communications Coordinator III in Cupertino, California
PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Cupertino, CA, for a 12-month contract on W-2.
You will maintain a proven understanding of corporate and regional sales strategies, channel marketing strategies / plans and will ensure execution of these strategies through in-store merchandising deployment project coordination.
Project manage the complex, cross-functional design and development stage of comprehensive Channel Sales Programs for specific partners, including, but not limited to:
o Cataloging all necessary actions, dependencies, and due dates at the cross-functional project level.
o Communicating progress against deliverables as needed for successful on-time program completion.
o Operational management of deployments (tracking shipments, coordinating visit schedules, monitoring completion, re-visit schedules).
o Process documentation.
Complete administrative tracking of fixture programs in internal systems and manage process flow of the fixture life cycle.
Support stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience managing and organizing projects, preferably in retail environments.
Understanding the balance between tactical execution and goals and the importance of brand and standards for the channel.
Partnering with internal and external partners to achieve goals as a virtual team, including strong organizational skills.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
5+ relevant years operations experience.
Education & Experience:
Good communication and writing skills.
Detail oriented and problem solver.
