PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking Program Manager II in Cupertino, CA

Description

The Operations Program Manager (OPM) launches new test operations on time, with high quality and maximum customer availability. A successful OPM is a leader and facilitator; is dynamic, driven, organized and detail oriented; excels in program/ project management; communicates with ease at all levels; thrives in an ambiguous environment and is adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading operations team in planning and executing new test operations

  • Drive readiness with Health team, operations and vendors.

  • Plan capacity and lead factory supply & equipment budget.

  • Handle supply readiness to ensure availability, quality and cost.

  • Communicate requirements and schedules to facilitate readiness with supply chain teams.

  • Influence product manufacturability, testability, and supply chain responsiveness in pursuit of low cost and flexibility while stewarding quality

  • Leading all communications, upward and downward through the organization; raising key issues and options for resolution with executive teams.

  • Work closely with cross functional teams including Operations, global commodity managers and finance team to lead project budgets and track spend

  • Create, manage and communicate budget status reports to Execs and Finance

  • Create Purchase Requisitions, maintain invoice tracking and Goods Receipts

Key Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing, process engineering or product development

  • Results oriented and attention to detail.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present to management.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors in Supply chain, Operations, Business preferred. Masters or MBA are considered a plus.
