The Program Coordinator will be responsible for driving the stages of a successful launch of PDS Business Services for worldwide PDS Channel partners.
The role requires building and maintaining strong relationships globally with internal company business development teams and with external partners.
The role will require coordinating company services launch activities with channel account teams, reviewing go-to-market status, and identifying new opportunities to accelerate Business Services within Channel resellers.
This role will manage the to day to day progress against the plan for each partner working with closely with account teams and resellers to drive key actions.
The Project Plan coordinator will maintain an overall view of readiness and confirm with key stakeholders the completion and quality of key deliverables and integrations.
The ideal candidate is detail orientated and self-structured in how they approach their work, with the ability to manage relationships at all levels.
This candidate will have proven presentation and relationship-building skills, and thrive in a rapid-paced environment and a culture that relies on teamwork.
Description:
Drive Milestones: You will work with reseller teams to manage the launch of PDS Business Essentials.
You will manage all project plans, communications and interactions working closely with cross-functional teams like Account Management, Product Marketing, Legal, Sales Operations, and more.
Program Coordination:
- You will ensure resellers and their customers are aware of new and existing PDS Business Essentials capabilities, coordinating playbooks, and sharing high-level best practices.

Experience creating project plans
Excellent presentation and management skills
Highly creative, capable of building clear presentations (Keynote or PowerPoint)
Relationship management skills
An innovative approach to problem-solving
Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Deep understanding of our company hardware and software
Education:
Relevant Industry Qualifications and or Work Experience is key.
