  • The Program Coordinator will be responsible for driving the stages of a successful launch of PDS Business Services for worldwide PDS Channel partners.

  • The role requires building and maintaining strong relationships globally with internal company business development teams and with external partners.

  • The role will require coordinating company services launch activities with channel account teams, reviewing go-to-market status, and identifying new opportunities to accelerate Business Services within Channel resellers.

  • This role will manage the to day to day progress against the plan for each partner working with closely with account teams and resellers to drive key actions.

  • The Project Plan coordinator will maintain an overall view of readiness and confirm with key stakeholders the completion and quality of key deliverables and integrations.

  • The ideal candidate is detail orientated and self-structured in how they approach their work, with the ability to manage relationships at all levels.

  • This candidate will have proven presentation and relationship-building skills, and thrive in a rapid-paced environment and a culture that relies on teamwork.


  • Drive Milestones: You will work with reseller teams to manage the launch of PDS Business Essentials.

  • You will manage all project plans, communications and interactions working closely with cross-functional teams like Account Management, Product Marketing, Legal, Sales Operations, and more.

Program Coordination:

  • You will ensure resellers and their customers are aware of new and existing PDS Business Essentials capabilities, coordinating playbooks, and sharing high-level best practices.

  • Exceptional organizational skills

  • Experience creating project plans

  • Excellent presentation and management skills

  • Highly creative, capable of building clear presentations (Keynote or PowerPoint)

  • Relationship management skills

  • An innovative approach to problem-solving

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

  • Deep understanding of our company hardware and software


  • Relevant Industry Qualifications and or Work Experience is key.
