PDS Tech Inc Project Manager II in Cupertino, California

Summary:

  • In partnership with cross-functional teams, develop clients badged and other third party channel staff programs with components such as playbooks, sell-in decks, RFP’s, process flow, training and communications material.

  • Analyze current program coverage, performance and finances that influence worldwide staffing decisions alongside regional Sales and Finance Leadership.

  • Partner and lead regional stakeholders on the deployment of programs by driving the set-up of infrastructure to deploy a successful program based on their specific regional needs.

  • Participate in the Center of Excellence at the clients for Retail staffing programs.

  • Develop solutions that foster people engagement with the clients products and services, including strategic sales events, engagement programs, rewards and incentives.

  • Manage program cycles by developing strategies and operational solutions that ultimately mitigate issues, increase engagement and drives results.

  • Identify and lead technological program enhancements that drives scalability and reports on consistent program KPIs.

  • Analyze, compile and communicate monthly reports of program execution, results, and gaps to stakeholders and executives.

  • Analyze and model worldwide staffing coverage solutions in several sales routes to market.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years relevant experience.

  • Proven cross-functional influential leadership.

  • Executive presentation development and delivery skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute projects successfully.

  • End to end experience managing programs at a global scale.

  • Sales Operations program management experience.

  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work.

  • Analytical and problem solving skills.
