PDS Tech Inc Project Manager in Cupertino, California

PDS Tech Inc. is seeking a Project Manager, in Cupertino, CA.

Summary:

  • Assisting the team with preparation, analysis and presentation of weekly and ad-hoc financial reports, as well as annual forecasts and PO management.

  • Liaise with internal business partners and external vendors to support order fulfillment activities.

  • Maintaining databases by entering, verifying, and monitoring data from multiple sources.

  • Engage in ad-hoc reconciliation activities by comparing and correcting data.

  • Actively involved in quarter-end accrual and reclassification activities.

  • Assist in building capacity planning and head count models.

  • Process Re-engineering.

Prerequisites:

  • High degree of proficiency in Excel required.

  • Tableau, SAP PD2, and FileMaker experience is a plus.

  • Excellent planning and analytical skills.

  • Experience in a high volume, fast paced environment and ability to be flexible and react with a sense of urgency to changes in schedules or direction.

  • Ability to effectively managing multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.

  • Approach improvement opportunities with flexibility and willingness to seek multiple solutions.

  • Strong work ethics.

Education:

  • Bachelor degree required with five or more years professional experience.
