PDS Tech Inc. is seeking QA Engineer, in Cupertino, CA.


The Performance Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing performance tests for highly scalable, multi-brand eCommerce platform. The individual will work closely with product management, software developers and system engineers to understand requirements and participate in design discussions Conduct performance, scalability, and reliability tests of business tools, third party applications and consumer-facing eCommerce applications. Design, orchestrate and analyze load tests using a variety of load testing tools (e.g Mercury LoadRunner), statistics and analysis techniques.Effectively communicate analysis of performance test results, bottlenecks, sizing guidelines, and recommend improvements for Java applications and database specific issues. Manage and execute build and deploy activities for performance testing environment.

Minimum Qualifications include:

  • Experience in automated performance, scalability, and stress testing of highly scalable.

  • ECommerce systems using industry performance tools, (e.g. Mercury Loadrunner).

  • Experience in capacity planning for large scale systems.

  • Strong system engineering skill.

(similar to our English speaking requirements) but for French. We are specifically looking for the following:

  • Is a native speaker of fr-FR.

  • Has a solid understanding of French grammar rules and basic French phonetics (i.e. “metalanguage”).

  • Has enough mental fortitude and stamina to withstand long hours of repetitive listening tasks.

  • Technical skill level to be able to use various internal tools (both UI and CLI) to evaluate pronunciations, text normalization, etc. and file meaningful bugs.
