PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Shazam and Music Operations Support Specialist in Cupertino, CA.
Act as an operations technical account associate, responsible for supporting the North American labels, based in Cupertino.
Collaborate internally with company's Music specialists to diagnose issues, identify solutions, and most importantly — innovate.
Engage with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues or develop specifications, product roadmaps and tool enhancements.
Detail-oriented, organized, meticulous approach to work.
Ability to work independently and self-prioritize.
Solid knowledge of enterprise-level, music delivery processes and metadata. Knowledge of company’s music standard is a strong plus.
Experience working with music platforms to resolve delivery and transactional issues.
Works well under pressure/with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
Demonstrated experience translating technical concepts to a broad audiences (written and verbal).
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Ability to navigate ambiguity.
Project management experience is a plus.
Languages a plus.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree and/or extensive years of professional relevant work experience.
