PDS Tech Inc Shazam and Music Operations Support II in Cupertino, California

PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Shazam and Music Operations Support Specialist in Cupertino, CA.

Description:

  • Act as an operations technical account associate, responsible for supporting the North American labels, based in Cupertino.

  • Collaborate internally with company's Music specialists to diagnose issues, identify solutions, and most importantly — innovate.

  • Engage with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues or develop specifications, product roadmaps and tool enhancements.

Key Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented, organized, meticulous approach to work.

  • Ability to work independently and self-prioritize.

  • Solid knowledge of enterprise-level, music delivery processes and metadata. Knowledge of company’s music standard is a strong plus.

  • Experience working with music platforms to resolve delivery and transactional issues.

  • Works well under pressure/with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

  • Demonstrated experience translating technical concepts to a broad audiences (written and verbal).

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity.

  • Project management experience is a plus.

  • Languages a plus.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or extensive years of professional relevant work experience.
