PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist in Dallas, TX.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Forecasts post-production supply chain support demand and maintains accurate inventory control of assets. Responds and administers requests for quotes.
Performs inventory management and processes customer requests. Investigates feasibility of repair/overhaul and reviews.
Assists in analyzing post production supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities.
Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material and delivery requirements and customer orders.
Processes material returned from customers.
Assists in the analysis of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and performance.
Processes documentation associated with repair items and warranty claims.
This is a hybrid position that allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Part Sourcing
Material handling including Hazmat awareness
Standup/sit down Forklift operation
Ability to navigate Microsoft Office tools/internet browser

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
SAP knowledge
Microsoft Office knowledge
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years aviation and repair experience
3+ years’ experience working with customers
Typical Education/ Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).
experience with MROs, document order, process through systems and send out to supplier network, when order received they do a QA and send it back to the customer – will be managing the paperwork process and supplier communication, quotes between the customer and supplier, managing the orders through the repair process
