PDS Tech Inc Customer Service Specialist in Dayton, Ohio

PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Dayton, Ohio


  • Contact customers via phone and email and helping update data on spreadsheets and possibly in the system.

  • Serve as the primary customer contact to ensure all customer needs and expectations are met.

  • You will review/enter orders into ERP, respond to inbound customer calls and emails regarding order inquiry as to ship dates, problems, order changes, repairs and RMA's.

  • You will assist other customer service associates with administrative duties.

  • You will communicate with other departments such as Technical Support, Logistics, Manufacturing, Regional Sales Managers, Product Managers, etc., to resolve customer issues.

  • You will support ordering processing including order entry, expediting orders, change orders, returns, monitoring order status and resolving discrepancies.

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • 2+ years of experience in the field.

  • Typing skills of 60wpm or quicker

  • Experience with data entry and ERP systems

  • Experience with Office Products such as Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook

  • Experience with SAP

  • An ability to work in a team
