PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Dayton, Ohio
Contact customers via phone and email and helping update data on spreadsheets and possibly in the system.
Serve as the primary customer contact to ensure all customer needs and expectations are met.
You will review/enter orders into ERP, respond to inbound customer calls and emails regarding order inquiry as to ship dates, problems, order changes, repairs and RMA's.
You will assist other customer service associates with administrative duties.
You will communicate with other departments such as Technical Support, Logistics, Manufacturing, Regional Sales Managers, Product Managers, etc., to resolve customer issues.
You will support ordering processing including order entry, expediting orders, change orders, returns, monitoring order status and resolving discrepancies.
High School Diploma or GED.
2+ years of experience in the field.
An ability to learn quickly
Attention to detail
Ability to work remote or in person
Typing skills of 60wpm or quicker
Experience with data entry and ERP systems
Experience with Office Products such as Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook
Experience with SAP
An ability to work in a team
