PDS Tech Inc Human Resources Administrator in Dayton, Ohio

PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Administrator in Dayton, OH.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative support

  • Lead training and development with hourly employees

  • Provide recruitment support to include sourcing candidates, communicating with applicants, screening applications

  • Handle routine employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors.

  • Maintain and audit I-9 documentation and files.

  • Assist with benefit enrollments

  • Process required documents to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper payroll deductions.

  • Conduct audits of invoices and other data/processes as requested.

  • Assist with employee event coordination and participate in events.

  • Run reports as needed.


  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; Associates Degree required.


  • Some Human Resources experience

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment

  • Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.

  • Ability to artfully convey even subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.
