PDS Tech Inc. is seeking a Senior Admin/Program Manager, in Dayton, OH.


  • This position provides product support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center’s (AFLCMC) C-5M Super Galaxy Division office at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.S

  • Seeking a Program Manager with a minimum of 10 years’ experience with the United States Air Force as an acquisition support serviced executive officer and Commander’s Action Group.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Plan and execute protocol activities in support of official ceremonies.

  • Develop and manage all personnel in/out-processing for the Branch.

  • Develop and conduct Division and Branch-wide briefings.

  • Manage Awards Boards.

  • Manage Action Item and Suspense requirements.

  • Develop Position Description and Core Documents through Civilian Personnel.

  • Manage Records Review.

  • Establish and maintain personnel recognition programs.

  • Provide analysis support of program management strategies.

  • Ensureprogramrequirementsandstatementsofworkcaptureandareplannedtothelevelofdetail required forexecution.

  • Provide recommendations to ensure project information integrates into existing program strategy.

  • Employ integration, communication, coordination, organizational, and planning expertise to technical and acquisition efforts across a number of functional disciplines.

  • Perform a range of program management activities, such as: gathering a variety of program information; conducting analyses; developing program strategies; milestone planning, tracking, and scheduling.

The Program Manager must demonstrate comprehensive experience and knowledge of:

  • Coordinating the efforts of program managers, engineers, logisticians, financial managers, and contracting officers.

  • Experience in SharePoint and Records Management.

  • Air Force Material Command and Air Force Life Cycle Management Center policies, processes, and procedures.

  • DoD 5000.02 and AFI 63-101 policies, processes and procedures.

  • The Program Manager must have at least ten (10) years of USAF or DoD acquisition experience required.Bachelor’s degree is preferred but experience can be used in lieu of degree.

  • At least one year of defense acquisition management experience must be within the last five (5) years.

  • Candidate must possess the ability to work well as part of a team or with minimal supervision.
