PDS Tech Inc Project Manager in De Pere, Wisconsin

The Project Manager’s primary responsibility is to provide superior service to current and potential customers through the development and execution of a proactive Project management plan. The Project Manager reports to the Operations Manager who is responsible for success of the company.

This position will be a critical component in delivering the company's competence of providing services with unmatched capabilities and facilities with a dedicated project manager that result in a single source option leading to quicker turnaround time and the highest quality control on projects of all sizes.

Primary Responsibilities:

Understand customer expectations by reviewing scope of work

Review RFQ, provide support and feedback to estimating

Update sales force on any important customer & company interactions

Have communication with customers on PO’s

Responsible for job after PO is received through invoicing

Initiate and direct product planning meetings

Coordinate and communicate with internal departments

Control quality and inspection requirements per company and customer

Communicate with Operations Manager, Engineering Manager and Production Manager any issues with production

Resolve production issues both internal and with customer

Quality issues must be transparent to customer

Responsible for post job reviews

Responsible for profit of projects

Key accountabilities include the following:

Up to 50% travel

Required Experience:

Strong knowledge in fabrication and machining

Knowledge of work center capabilities

Highly organized, with a strong understanding of quality control procedures

Strong technical, data gathering and analysis, and planning skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound business decisions with tight deadlines

Good conflict resolution skills

Ability to interpret and follow an extensive variety of instructions and work orders, both verbal and written

Proficient with typing and writing skills

Excellent computer skills including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, JobBoss
