PDS Tech is seeking a Technical Volume Lead to work in Fort Worth, TX.
Position Summary;
- Bell is seeking a Technical Volume Lead to help build upon the foundation of our integrated Future Vertical Lift (FVL) Proposal Team in support of the VTOL FoS Logistics Connector Technical RFI.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for providing proposal development support and working with the Bell proposal manager and team to develop a compelling, persuasive, and compliant proposal that at a minimum contains the following elements:
Easy to evaluate compliance
Clearly articulates the features and benefits of your offer
Key data-rich graphics
Win themes
Buyer values
Data & information substantiation
Ghosting competitors' shortfalls
Experience:
Experience working large scale development programs (CAT-1 size)
Aviation and Aerospace preferred but will consider Automotive, Shipbuilding and other large-scale programs
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
Exemplary organizational skills and an uncompromising eye for quality and detail in a deadline-driven environment
Proficient user of the full Microsoft Office suite applications including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
Position Requirements:
Coordinating and prioritizing all activities related to developing the technical volume
Providing coaching/training and guidance to proposal authors so their writing satisfies proposal elements
Provides guidance regarding the development and execution of the annotated outline and compliance matrix
Assisting authors in developing compelling graphics and charts, as applicable
Assists in preparing the volume for color team reviews
Assists in preparing the volume for final production
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree with Major in Engineering preferred.
Finance, Business Administration, or a related field in addition to aviation technical experience is required.
