PDS Tech Inc Logistics Representative in Goldsboro, North Carolina

PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Representative in Seymour Johnson AFB, NC.

Summary:

  • Assists with researching, identifying and resolving customer supply support system inventory discrepancies.

  • Investigates demand management, replenishment and electronic data systems.

  • Collaborates with company organizations to identify and resolve system issues.

  • Monitors logistics system performance.

  • Collects supply data and evaluates supply system procedures.

  • Manages field office resources and maintains company presence.

  • Prepares required company reports.

  • Supports the material and asset management, inventory, procurement, shipping/receiving, and storage requirements for the F-15 aircraft modification program at Seymour Johnson AFB.

  • Selected candidate must have skill, knowledge, and experience in the management of USG aircraft components.

  • These requirements include USG asset disposition experience (DLA standards).

  • Position requires reporting of material and assets to both USG and Internal customers (DIFM, AWP, and Condition Codes).

  • Position requires knowledge of USAF SBSS subsystems.

  • Position requires the ability to obtain certification to operate forklift (>4500k).

  • Must be skilled and knowledgeable of computer based systems (MS Office).

Prerequisites:

  • Experience evaluating technical data to determine part requirements.

  • Experience monitoring part usage to determine inventory requirements.

  • Experience to inventory, manage storage, and ship parts.

  • USAF Aviation logistics experience.

  • Familiarization with USG logistics tools.

  • Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
