PDS Tech Inc is seeking a Customer Service Rep in Grand Prairie, TX
Customer Interface: 89%
Quote commercial airline customers AHI price based on flat rate pricing agreements, labor hours, specific material & service bulletins required terms and lead-time, IAW the Airbus Cabin Electronics / KID-Systeme GmbH service agreement for sales order, repair orders, and exchanges.
Ensure fulfilment of customers' technical requirement, coordinating response with other departments and partners as necessary.
Expedite AOG and Critical repairs
Create debit memos from quotes.
Pick, pack and create shipping documents.
Coordinate with the warehouse and shipping when required.
Process credit card payments for Cash Before Shipments customers.
Issue RMA's and Credits when necessary.
Send weekly status reports to customers.
Resolve customer discrepancies and/or disputes.
Maintain warranty repairs for monthly OEM bill back.
- Scan documents into SAP and file folders weekly.
Assist in shipping/boxing
Assist in opening customer packages, creating repair orders
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualified Experience / Skills / Training:
- HS diploma or equivalent, and some college level courses are desirable.
Minimum of one year related experience in material control/repairable coordination
Prior SAP experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities:
Effective communication skills needed, both written and verbal
Strong customer service skills
Good computer skills
Communication Skills (Spoken, Written, Influencing, Proficiency in Other Languages):
