PDS Tech Inc Financial Analyst in Grand Prairie, Texas

PDS Tech In. is looking for a Financial Analyst in Grand Prairie, TX-


Job Summary: Will provide information, analysis and recommendations to managers in the support of strategic and tactical initiatives. Responsible for the preparation of forecasts and the review and interpretation of company performance against agreed budget, objectives, and KPIs.


  • Prepare monthly financial reports.

  • Track expenses and revenues and compare against budget.

  • Reforecast budget if necessary and analyze causes of fluctuations.

  • Evaluate profit and cost efficiencies in various areas of the Company.

  • Analyze costs and communicate analysis to Managers.

  • Develop and maintain financial models as needed. Assist in the budget process and reforecast process as needed.

  • Assist with audits.

  • Suggest cost improvement programs and assist with implementation.

  • Provide guidelines and methodology for accounting operations.

  • Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills

  • Builds knowledge of the organization, processes and customers

  • Solves a range of straightforward problems

  • Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures

  • Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction

Aditional Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Help the controlling team

  • Help the monthly closing for controlling topics.

  • Takeover some of current controlling team tasks

  • Help the update process for contracts’ performance

  • Help the update process of historical contracts’ Cost data

  • Contribute to the achievement of overall goals of the organization, searching for optimization of financial resources and compliance with obligations.

  • Help update the quality documents (procedures, instructions, …)

  • Help clean the network

  • Help with the 5S routines

  • Frequent relationship with the finance team in SHE France.

  • Other tasks and projects as assigned.

Required Competencies; Education / Knowledge / Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university or higher;

  • +Five years related experience and/or training;

  • Expert in MS Excel and functional in MS Office: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint,

  • Experience with SQL, VBA, Power Querry, Power BI preferred.

  • Knowledge of SAP preferred.

  • Strong understanding of accounting process and procedures.

  • Strong attention to detail, quality, accuracy, and data integrity.

Physical Requirements:

  • While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk.

  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
