PDS Tech Inc Executive Assistant in Green Bay, Wisconsin


  • Maintain and coordinate the calendar for the Director of IT Special Projects

  • Project meeting scheduling, 1x1 meeting schedules, and monthly staff meetings

  • Set up and maintain email distribution lists

  • Provide administrative support for Project Teams

  • Prepare expense reports

  • Process reports as required

  • Coordinate project office space

  • Coordinate employee cubical assignments/updates/changes

  • Check and follow up on PTO requests submitted for approvals

  • Prepare requests for new employees

  • Mail sorting responsibilities

  • Office copy machine contact

* Must be proficient in all MS Office products *

Working hours: 7:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
