Description:

Responsible for the day to day issue resolution and transactions processing with the Human Resources (HR) system. Will work closely with other HR functions when necessary to drive transactions to resolution. May perform transactional duties associated with some or all of the different functional areas within HR.

•Administer confidential and sensitive information while ensuring data security and integrity

•Handle time sensitive transactional duties of HR

•Perform functional system admin duties

•Ensure accurate entry of data

•Intermediate level issue resolution

•Create, monitor, and close out tickets in the appropriate tracking system when applicable

•Conduct research on issues as appropriate and provide resolution in a timely manner

•Provide accurate and efficient administrative support and independently handle route requests using available resources

•Ensure compliance to regulations, accuracy, data integrity, and record keeping for Employee Information Management

REQUIREMENTS:

•High school diploma, HSED, or GED

•0 – 2 years of relevant work experience

•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)

•Ability to work as part of a team and interact efficiently with others

•Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks under time constraints

•Proficient in standard office software (MS Excel, Word)

•Adept at learning new systems and ensuring accuracy of data
