PDS Tech is currently recruiting for an Operations Technical Staff Representative to work in Greensboro, NC!
Operations Support Technical Staff is responsible for invoicing of customers and clients for services performed at the Service Center. This position works closely with the leadership and Service Center staff to develop Policies and Procedures within the Service Center by providing administrative/data entry assistance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform accurate and reliable handling of accounts and Repair Station documents retention.
Prepare accurate Repair Station invoices for services performed for customer. Work closely with the Finance Department for accurate governance.
Compile and process information such as parts pricing, discounts, shipping charges etc. as applicable to the repair, modification, upgrade work performed in the service center.
Processing and track warranty claims and Core returns.
Assist Repair Station Operation Manage with processing and tracking Repair Station expenses.
Collaborate with internal departments to insure accurate billing and documentation.
Conducts daily workload planning by analyzing work requirements, reports, schedules and prioritizes workload urgency.
Problems solve and executes effective decisions regarding parts availability, delivery time issues and regulatory requirements.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Education, Work Experience, Certification and/or Licensure:
Associates degree in Business Administration or other related field preferred or equivalent industry experience and training
Previously experience as billing coordinator or similar position.
Proficient with Excel and understanding financial data. Prior experience of working in Quantum will be considered as asset.
