PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking an Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist in Hazelwood, MO.
Prepares, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes and maintains, integrated plans and schedules for proposals, projects, programs and major initiatives at all levels across functional value streams to meet program and/or project objectives.
Tracks, plans, schedules and performs risk analysis for projects, programs and change activities throughout the lifecycle of a program.
Performs studies/analysis and planning efforts, within and/or across programs/projects, organizations or business units to determine impacts, constraints and plans involving product development, production rates, process improvement, or program initiatives.
Develops the Integrated Master Plan, Integrated Master Schedule and supporting elements, and drives program planning through the Enterprise Gated Process in support of Program requirements and objectives.
Performs integration of program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers and partners. Identifies, analyzes and reports schedule performance variances.
Performs schedule-related risk and opportunity analyses and provides potential solutions to management.
Works with customers to develop performance recovery plans and incorporates in relevant documentation where appropriate.
Performs schedule, event and change impact analysis.
Oversees implementation planning for change requirements and ensures commitment of stakeholders.
Develops and posts planning, scheduling and change related metrics/reports.
Maintains disciplined revision control of all planning/schedule baselines.
You will be responsible for supporting CSPR Users in a standalone installation and working with the Enterprise tool and IT teams.
This role requires a business partner approach to independent work effort with interactions with users, IT, and various process SMEs. Your support will range from training, maintenance and troubleshooting to working with IT to perform CSPR installations and upgrades.

Experience using Open Plan Professional, Microsoft Project, Milestones Professional, Cobra, wInsight, Acumen, Excel, Access and OneNote
Support program IP&S and Finance users in their utilization of CSPR for their program needs
Maintenance of a CSPR Knowledgebase
Troubleshooting technical and process issues
Coordinate issues and requests with the Enterprise CSPR teams
Provide data from Enterprise CSPR for the maintenance of various CSPR data files
Provide subject matter expertise in the development, implementation and training of processes and tools, especially in key areas where the tools differ from Enterprise due to the nature of a standalone installation
Work with IT and users to install, maintain and upgrade standalone CSPR installations
Participate in testing standalone CSPR releases in the Proprietary Common Applications Suite (PCAS) labs.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
Ability to obtain U.S. Current Secret Clearance (US Citizenship Required)
3+ years of experience in developing and maintaining CSPR/COBRA/OPP systems
3+ years of experience troubleshooting technical system issues
3+ years of experience directly supporting a proprietary program
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
Program planning and scheduling experience
Experience with Program Management Best Practices
Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar experience
Active U.S. Secret Clearance with the ability to get a U.S. Top Secret Clearance if needed
- Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.).
