The purpose of this role is to deliver a first-class support to the project team, liaising with a wide and diverse customer base.

Delivering an excellent level of client liaison to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for efficient and effective planning of the Windows 10 upgrade schedule for approx. 4000 devices across North America.

You will manage the Windows 10 upgrade schedule by working closely with the business, implementation lead and application teams.

A multi-disciplined role which also requires the scheduler to capture any user requirements when scheduling in the device and make changes known to the wider team by updating the central database.

  • Create and maintain the Windows 10 upgrade schedule.

  • Capture user requirements and assign them to the appropriate team to action.

  • Build strong productive customer focused relationships with the Business, IT teams and third parties and be seen as a trusted advisor.

  • Needs to be an independent thinker, and a key contributor in supporting the Implementation Lead towards successful project delivery.

  • Working closely with the Application and Testing teams throughout the project life-cycle to ensure that the requirements are understood and requirements are aligned.

KEY QUALITIES

  • More than five years’ experience of working as a project scheduler in an IT environment.

  • Business/user requirements and planning.

  • Supporting project managers and implementation managers.

  • Excellent skills in MS Office packages.

  • Good understanding of processes and terminology.
