PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Communications Lead in Indianola, PA

Purpose:

  • This position is responsible for developing a communication strategy and executing on the defined plan for Medical Device’s internal Communications to inform and engage Medical Device Product Supply employees. This role will also own the development and management of an external presence on social media.

Responsibilities/Key Tasks:

  • In conjunction with the Medical Device leadership team the incumbent will establish an internal communications strategy to ensure division priorities are effectively and consistently communicated to and engage 1,600 MD PS employees

  • Plan, write, edit content for a variety of division channels and live events

  • Support development of measurement plan, select and deploy measurement tools, and regularly assess and report on the impact and effectiveness of communications

  • Support development and execution of select franchise and function internal communications plans to ensure awareness of business priorities and alignment with division messaging

  • Partner with internal communication partners to ensure a collaborative approach is taken and local considerations are accounted for

  • Other tasks and duties as assigned

Qualification & Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of overall experience in executive and internal communications, journalism or related field or experience.

  • Experience supporting internal and executive communications is preferred

  • Excellent writing and editing skills

  • Proficiency in creating compelling communications across written, spoken, visual and audio formats.

  • Experience in multi-media and digital

  • Demonstration in strategic and proactive communications campaigns to support business objectives and executive positioning

  • Ability to create support materials suitable for senior leaders to deliver to internal and external audiences

  • Ability to work collaboratively across matrixed and various organizational structures to achieve tangible results for the business

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite of tools
