Provides telephone customer service regarding company's services and/or products.
Identifies customers needs and determines appropriate action, promotes other products/services.
The Call Center Service Representative III (CSR) answers incoming requests via telephone, Internet, and/or correspondence from internal and external customers as the first tier of customer support.
The CSR performs administrative activities in support of Human Resources functions.
Special tools training for various HR and Case Management systems utilized.
