As the PDS Tech Compliance Administrator you will be responsible in coordinating with the respective DOT/FAA Drug Program Manager to maintain compliance with the DOT/FAA Drug and Alcohol regulations

Work with branch personnel at coordinating the onboarding of DOT/FAA contract hires

Maintain DOT/FAA onboarding contractor files

Maintain Daily DOT Tracking Log paying meticulous attention to detail and ensuring required metrics are met in a timely manner. Distribute updated log daily to appropriate internal personnel

Support for internal and external customers by providing guidance in DOT/FAA hiring processes and procedures

Review contractor files to ensure compliance with DOT/FAA rules and regulations

Monitor the return of regulatory paperwork from previous employers/staff and onboarding contractors to ensure compliance with DOT/FAA regulations

Promptly process all requests made by internal/external customers

Promptly respond to various emails regarding DOT/FAA contractors; past and present

Review resumes to ensure they mirror drug/alcohol release forms and work with branch personnel to acquire correct paperwork in a timely manner

Responsible for continually learning and maintaining subject matter expertise regarding Drug and Alcohol policies, regulations and procedures. This will aid you in your position as a DER in the future to educate internal/external customers

Maintain comprehensive records to ensure proper documentation for future use during FAA audits and allowing you the ability to quickly and accurately answer questions that may arise regarding contractors past and present with a high regard for confidentiality and detail

Although extremely rare, hours may vary and may include evening, weekend and/or holiday work

Send out random drug tests quarterly, ensure that tests are completed before end of quarter and all details and documentation are accurately entered into data base and recorded in contractor DOT folders

Responsible for the coordination of services with any third-party providers used to meet drug testing requirements

Responsible for participating with DOT/FAA Drug Program Manager as required, in any type of drug/alcohol related incidents involving DOT/FAA contractors

Miscellaneous duties including, answering incoming calls, checking mail box, preparing packages, maintaining copier/fax/scanner, faxing, general maintenance of DOT/FAA files, etc.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Analytical skills, to include knowledge of Excel, Word, Salesforce

• High School Diploma

• Must have the authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act

Basic Qualifications:
