Job Title: Recruiter - Entry Level
Location: Irving, Texas 75062 ( Onsite )
Salary: Base + Commission
Job Type: Full-Time w/ benefits
Schedule: Monday - Friday, flexible 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (1-hour lunch)
Pay Rate: Starting at $23.00 per hour + monthly commission
What you will be doing:
Source, recruit, and deliver highly qualified candidates using techniques and resources, including internal databases, job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
Identifying, qualifying, and establishing relationships with candidates
Clearly communicate potential job opportunities
Consistently update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to reflect current candidate information, activity records, and interviews
Communicate job offers and prepare candidates for starting their new role
Perform critical relationship-building activities, from coaching your consultants for an interview, checking in on their first day of work, and keeping in touch throughout their assignment
Desired Skills & Experience:
Experience with MS Office products ( Intermediate-Advanced Word and Outlook)
Strong communication skills; comfortable in a heavy phone environment
Interested in recruiting
Collaborative mindset, ability to work well in a team setting

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
