PDS Tech is seeking candidates for an HR Generalist, in Irving, TX.

Description:

The Benefits Administration position assist with auditing ADP and vendor records to ensure the right information is reflected in both systems. This role is also responsible for communicating benefits using various IT tools (ADP, Insite, We Share) to employees and to HRBPs. This position will also assist in problem solving employee benefit issues. This temporary assignment is expected to last for 4 months.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Managers vendor discrepancy reports and makes corrections as appropriate.

  • Works with appropriate channels to post communications to appropriate websites (Go Pivot, ADP, Insite, We Share, among others.

  • Delivers communication materials to the HRBPs for job aids, and other materials so HRBPs may post inside their facilities.

  • Manage the leave of absence calculations.

  • Focal point for GTI (COBRA, Terminating on vendor sites)

  • COBRA enrollments and client transmittal forms.

  • Process Consova monthly reports.

  • Manage commuter deductions ensuring amounts are processed on payroll.

  • Plan audits.

  • Research and resolve employee benefit issues.

  • Run ADP Benefits Reports, New Hire Reports, validate employee deductions are beginning the first of the month.

  • Administer plans and programs in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including ERISA, DOL, IRS, ADA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, as well as company policies & procedures relating to benefit plans; maintain compliance for all benefit plans and implement amendments corresponding to regulatory changes.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience with ad hoc reporting, Microsoft Office, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (to include pivot tables, formulas, and connecting multiple files) Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • ADP Vantage preferred.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Self-motivated and proactive.

  • Strong customer service competency.

  • Analytical and problem solving skills.

Education:

  • Minimum: BA/BS in Human Resources preferred or equivalent experience

  • Experience

  • Minimum: 2 years recent experience in benefit plan management with a focus in retirement plan compliance required.

Travel:

  • Limited travel will be required for this position.
