PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is seeking candidates for an IT Operations Technician in Lewisville, Texas.
Job Title: IT Operations Technician
Job Type: Full time; Contract (14 months, possible to extend)
Location: Lewisville, TX 75057
Schedule: Monday to Friday; 1st shift 7AM-4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
MUST HAVES: Azure AD and Windows AD, computer imaging / building, and strong attention to detail as there are many moving pieces within this role.
Job Description:
Responsible for providing technical support located in Lewisville, TX.
This role will assist teammates to optimize the use of available technologies and systems. They will be responsible for installing, configuring, testing, and supporting various business applications as well as various business and infrastructure hardware (networking, computers, telephony, camera systems, wireless hand-held devices, etc.).
This is a contract position with the Business Technology team and working daily onsite in Lewisville, TX is required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years related experience with Microsoft server / desktop operating systems, basic network troubleshooting, and PC hardware required.
Ability to be able to occasionally work nights/weekends if project or support needs dictate.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
