Job Title: National Account Rep

Location: Irving, TX

Salary: Base + Commission

Job Type: Full Time w/ benefits

Job Duties:

  • Enter job requisitions and monitor vendor management systems for requisition updates

  • Assign requisitions to recruiters based on previously defined parameters

  • Coordinate interviews and offers between the recruiter and client

  • Maintain and advise branches of client onboarding requirements

  • Gather documents, review, and submit for client audits

  • Participate in daily and weekly recruiting meetings

  • Communicate client changes and client needs

  • Create and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports

  • Participate in client conference calls

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal departments

  • Exercise good discretion and judgment with clients/contractors and co-workers

  • Liaison between recruiters and client contacts

  • Assist with special projects

Job Requirements:

  • Customer service oriented

  • High sense of urgency and persuasive personality

  • Ability to build rapport with people over the phone

  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment

  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Strong written and oral communication skills a MUST

  • Must be professional and exhibit a strong work ethic

Desired qualifications :

  • 2 Years General Office, Customer Service Recruiting, or Sales Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
